This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the StrikeUp website, including when you:

  • submit an enquiry or demo request form

  • book a demo via Calendly

  • interact with embedded third-party content, including documentation pages and videos

  • contact us directly by email

If you complete a form on our website, we may collect:

If you book a demo through Calendly, additional information may be collected through that booking flow, such as:

  • company details

  • preferred date and time

  • any notes you provide in relation to the booking

Framer Analytics

YouTube

YouTube videos embedded within our documentation content may allow Google or YouTube to collect information about your interaction with the content. Depending on how the embed is configured, YouTube may place cookies or use similar technologies.

Calendly

When you book a demo through Calendly, your information is processed by Calendly in accordance with its own privacy practices. Calendly may also interact with connected services such as Google Calendar and Google Meet in order to schedule and manage the booking.

We recommend reviewing the privacy information of any third-party service you interact with through our website.

8. Forms and communications

When you submit a form on our website, the information you provide is sent to us by email.

At present, submissions are handled through our email systems and associated tools. We may also organise or log enquiry details internally.

We expect to introduce a CRM in the future. If we begin storing form submissions or contact records in a CRM, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We may use information submitted through forms to:

  • arrange a call or demo

  • manage our communications with you

  • keep records of business enquiries

We do not currently use website form submissions for newsletter marketing.

9. reCAPTCHA and anti-spam tools

If we do so, these tools may collect hardware and software information, device and application data, and send that information to Google for security and fraud prevention purposes. We will update our cookie and consent mechanisms as needed if and when such tools are introduced.
